According to the relevant provisions of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers, established by the company LUKOV PLAST spol. s.r.o. internal reporting system for reporting suspected wrongdoing.

This notification can be made:

• via email to the address prislusnaosoba@lukovplast.cz
• by mail to the relevant person at the address LUKOV PLAST spol. s r.o., prislusna osoba, Zámecká 191, Český Dub 46343
• by phone at +420 739 186 674 on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• by prior agreement to the relevant person in person at the address of the company’s registered office

In addition to the internal notification system mentioned above, notifications can also be submitted through the Ministry of Justice portal of the Czech Republic available at the address Oznamovatel – Ministerstvo spravedlnosti (justice.cz).
