The production of tools for injection moulding of thermoplastics
Our tool shop is involved in the production of tools for the injection moulding of thermoplastics. We have our own mould construction process in the CATIA and SolidWorks programmes.
With the support of the simulation software Moldex 3D, we deal with the part´s optimisation during the tool construction phase. Above all we solve the optimisation of swelling, venting, deforming, cooling and the dimensional stability of the parts.
When designing we implement many years of experience in series production of injection moulded parts.
Annually we ensure the production of approximately 40 tools; their weight ranges from 300 to 6,000 kgs. We also provide a large number of part modifications that our customers require.
